It keeps the plan tidy.
It never asks if it is right.

Ninety.io is well built and does exactly what it says: it runs the EOS cadence for a whole company. It inherits one assumption from the method it serves.

Short answer: Ninety.io runs the EOS cadence for a whole company — Rocks, Scorecard, Level 10, the org chart — and assumes the V/TO it stores is correct. Percision decides what belongs in it. If the plan is right you need Ninety; if you are unsure, tracking it better is the wrong purchase.

What Percision actually does, in two and a half minutes:

Where Ninety.io is the better choice

If you already run EOS, Ninety is built for precisely that and we are not. The Level 10 agenda and timer, the issues list and IDS, headlines, to-dos, Rocks with owners, the Scorecard and the Accountability Chart all live in one place and work the way the method intends. We do not run your weekly meeting and have no plans to.

Per-seat pricing is also the right shape for what it does. Its value is that everybody is in it — the whole company seeing the same Rocks and the same numbers — and you should not have to argue for a licence to get someone into the cadence.

Where the two products diverge

1. It stores the V/TO; it does not judge it. Every field is a place to type what you already decided. If the 1-year plan is wrong, Ninety will track it faithfully to the end of the year, on time, with green checkmarks.

2. Per seat versus per company. Execution software charges per user because its value is coordination across many people. A leadership team of two to ten working out what to do is paying for a scale of collaboration it does not need.

3. A template is not an analysis. Ninety gives you a well-designed empty structure. Percision fills it in from your business, with the reasoning and the arithmetic attached, and states what it does not know.

The fair test

One question decides it: is the plan in your V/TO right? If you are confident it is, you need somewhere disciplined to run it and Ninety is a good answer. If you are not sure — and most leadership teams are less sure than their quarterly Rocks suggest — then better tracking of it is the wrong purchase, and the free diagnostic will tell you within minutes.

Running both is entirely reasonable, and cheaper than it sounds: decide with one, execute in the other. You can also read a complete Percision report first — every page, no email required.
