Built for the
Fortune 1000

WorkBoard is a serious enterprise product with serious enterprise backing, and for most readers of this page it is simply not the same purchase.

Where WorkBoard is the better choice

If you are aligning thousands of employees across business units, need executive-grade rollups, and have a procurement process and a budget to match, WorkBoard is built for exactly that and has the customer base to prove it. Percision is not an enterprise alignment platform and does not pretend to be.

Their coaching and certification programmes are a real part of the product — changing how a large organisation sets goals is as much a change-management problem as a software one.

Where the two products diverge

1. It is a coordination product, not an analysis product. WorkBoard makes sure a large organisation is pulling in one direction. It has no view on whether that direction is correct.

2. The buying process is the difference. Enterprise sales cycles, seat commitments and implementation projects are appropriate for enterprise problems. A leadership team that wants an answer this week is not the buyer.

3. Money in a category is not the same as answers. Well over a hundred million dollars of funding has gone into making goal tracking work better. None of it produces the strategy being tracked.

The fair test

This one is decided by size, not features. If you have a procurement department, talk to WorkBoard. If you do not, run the free diagnostic — you will have an answer before an enterprise vendor returns your first email.

You can also read a complete Percision report first — every page, no email required.

Judge it on your own business.
